Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Cashflow Verdict ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. What the Service is

Cashflow Verdict analyzes bank statements and related documents to produce underwriting-style reports for MCA brokers, funders, ISOs, and lenders. Reports are analytical aids only. They are not credit decisions, investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of funding, performance, or accuracy.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You represent that, for each document you upload, you have the applicant's authorization and a lawful basis to submit it and the personal data it contains.
  • You are responsible for verifying report outputs before making funding decisions.
  • You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or resell access without permission.
  • You will comply with applicable laws (including privacy, GLBA-adjacent, and fair-lending obligations in your jurisdiction).

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Data & confidentiality

You retain ownership of documents you submit. You are the controller of any personal data contained in those documents; we act as a processor and handle it on your instruction, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload malware or unlawful content.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSIS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR DEAL. YOU USE REPORTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashflow Verdict and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from funding decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions through Stripe.
